Ressort 7: ceremony
In ressort "ceremony, events and VIP" you will have a leading role in all ceremonies during the Nordic World Ski Championships. How you can help us, we explain below.
Area - ceremony support
As important as being on stage is the work done behind: You support us e.g. with the preparation and implementation of the flower ceremonies in the stadiums, organize and manage the hostesses and take care of them, support the production of the medal ceremonies and help us with last-minute technical and logistical issues. For this, you should be communicative but discreet, have a hands-on mentality and be willing to work flexible hours.
Area - side events
You will be supporting us with the preparations and implementation of the side events. You see to it that everything works well at the event venues and inform the respective contact persons in case of problems. You will also help with the implementation of the international youth camp. You can also help the team ceremony if necessary. For this, you are used to deal with different personalities and have a good sense of communication.
Area - hostesses
The award ceremonies will be an important part of the Nordic World Ski Championships. The team of the hostesses are looking for girls between 16 and 30 who are responsible for handing over the prizes. You should have a friendly and discreet appearance and it shouldn´t be a problem for you to stand on the stage. It will be also important that you are communicative and team-minded because you are in constant exchange with the ceremony team.
Area - VIP
You are cheerful, helpful, polite and have a confident demeanor? Then sign up to support our VIP area. You take care of reception, warderobe, seat instructions and talk to our protocol officers in advance. Ideally, in addition to English, you will speak (one) other foreign languages.
